Application example

Choosing a right oil chiller for your equipment is the first step to success. The right oil chiller can extend mechanical efficiency and lifetime. Following three methods for choosing are for reference only.
 
   
The cooling capacity of oil chiller varies with inlet oil temperature and ambient temperature. So when choose, please notice the oil working temperature and ambient temperature.

1.The heat of cutting and grinding fluid system is usually calculated as below . Choose the right oil chiller by experiment.
2.Calculating formula:
Q=Q1+Q2+Q3
Q:mechanical system total heat
Q1:mechanical system machining heat
Q2:the heat of cooling system circulation pump
Q2=output power of pump motor×n( n=50%, generally)
Q3:the oil tank heat transferred by the difference of its oil fluid temperature and ambient temperature.
Q3=a*A*AT
a:surface heat transferring coefficient, usually is 11.6-23.2
A:the area of oil holding surface of oil tank
AT:the difference of ambient temperature and oil tank temperature
