Low temperature around the cutting point can stabilize the machining quality, and it is not necessary to compensate the machining size
There is no need for cooling fluid or oil, and the status can be observed directly. Also there is no harm to human body.

The pressure dew point temperature is 10℃ before flow entering.
Note 2)
Above data are tested under the condition of entering water temperature 30℃, ambient temperature 30℃ and pressure 0.69Mpa. The outlet temperature varies with the change of inlet temperature and flow.
Note 3)
The flow must be filtered before connecting( the pressure dew temperature must be below -70℃).
