    Method 1: calculate according to circulation pump motor power loss
 
  Q: heating productivity

e.g. P=15000W, n=30%  
  P: principle axis motor power output (W)
Q=15000×0.3=4500W= 3870Kcal/h (1W=0.86Kcal/h)  
  n: power loss (%)      
 
Method 2: calculate according to temperature difference of entering water and returning water
Formula: Q=Cp× P× qv× AT
Q: heating productivity (W)
Cp: specific heat under rated pressure (J/Kg℃)
.....oil: 1967.4J/Kg℃
P: proportion of cooling medium(Kg/m3)
......oil: 876Kg/m3
qv: oil flow (m3/h)

AT:temperature difference(℃)..T2-T1

e.g. qv=2.1m3/h (35L/min), AT=5℃

 Method 3: calculate according to water temperature rising rate and seek the rate max.
